Nicola is a qualified psychosexual and relationship therapist. Nicola’s therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on principles of person-centred counselling, along with gestalt and systemic therapy approaches. Her areas of special interest include attachment, emotionally focused couples therapy, voice dialogue, mindfulness and family systems. Nicola has a strong interest in helping couples and individuals with sexual and relationship issues to overcome problems by creating a safe space to explore complex feelings, and develop communication skills and better understanding. Nicola also works in private practice in London and in Hertfordshire (Letchworth and St Albans) and runs relationship workshops for couples and individuals.
