1. General
1.1 Richard Cole operates an online directory for professional relationship counsellors and psychotherapists and trades under the name the Relationship Counselling Directory (hereinafter "Relationship Counselling Directory").
1.2 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you the Counsellor/Psychotherapist or other professional ("You") and the Relationship Counselling Directory.
1.3 By submitting your profile to the Relationship Counselling Directory you agree to be bound by the Terms.
1.4 The Terms shall apply throughout the period during which are listed on the Relationship Counselling Directory.
2. Defined Terms
Relationship Counselling Directory means the list of Subscribers, Website Information and details appearing on the Website.
Intellectual Property Rights means all patents, registered and unregistered designs, copyright, trademarks, know-how and all other forms of intellectual property wherever in the world enforceable.
Subscriber means any counsellor or psychotherapist or other professional accepted by Relationship Counselling Directory to be a Subscriber and whose name and details and information appear on the Website.

Website Information means name, address, telephone number, email address, training, qualifications and experience, areas of counselling, fees, membership organisations

Website User means a person using the Website
3. The Contract

4.3 You agree the Website Information that You provide for inclusion on the Website will be accurate at the time it is given and will, amongst other things, include all accurate and relevant qualifications Further, You agree that any qualifications you state in the Relationship Counselling Directory were not gained through a long distance learning course.
4.4 You agree that you will maintain the Website Information and ensure that it is up to date at all times. Should there be any change in any of the Website Information, you agree that you will advise Relationship Counselling Directory of the change within 7 days of the change being effected. Further, you agree that you will advise Counselling Directory if any complaint is, or ever has been, made against You.
4.5 You agree that any testimonial You provide via email or post can be used on the Website with Your name displayed against it.
4.6 You agree to be contacted by potiential clients via an email form and to provide timely responses to their requests for information.
5. Fees
5.1 £45 a year via standing order from joining or £60 a year using other payment methods

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
7.1 Either party may terminate the Contract at anytime

8.1 Relationship Counselling Directory is not responsible for any content or information published, or links to other website which may appear on the Website.
8.2 You expressly agree that you will not sell or trade in any materials on the Website or re-distribute these in any way or for any purpose including the compiling of any databases, lists or directories or providing commercial information to any third party or any commercial or other reason.
9. Rights of Counselling Directory to remove Website Information
9.1 In the event of the Relationship Counselling Directory receiving any complaint by a Website User, which, upon reasonable enquiries appears in the Relationship Counselling Directory's sole discretion to be genuine, the Relationship Counselling Directory may refer the matter to you for your input, or may without reference to you, remove your Website Information.
9.2 In the event the Relationship Counselling Directory is notified that you have not updated and properly monitored the Website Information appropriately under these Terms, the Relationship Counselling Directory may, in its sole discretion, remove your Website Information.
10. Limitation of liability

An entry does not mean the Relationship Counselling Directory endorses the qualifications or professionalism of the Subscriber.
3.2 You accept that the Website Information is information provided by the Subscribers to the Website. The the liability for providing accurate Website Information remains on the Subscriber to the Website and Relationship Counselling Directory specifically and expressly does not accept any liability for the accuracy of the Website Information.

5. Complaints Procedure
5.1 Notwithstanding that you accept that the Relationship Counselling Directory has not validated, endorsed or accepted liability for the Website Information, if you have any matters which you would wish to bring to the Relationship Counselling Directory following your contact with any of the Subscribers, these may be put forward to the Relationship Counselling Directory.
